If you want something more YA, the Gilded Wolves by Roshani Chokshi is multiple POVs with an indian character, it's fantasy but leans more into historical fiction.

Much more high fantasy, The Bone Witch by Rin Chupeco takes a lot of south east asian inspiration, and it's a necromancer protagonist

the Divine Cities trilogy by Robert Jackson Bennet, it's fantasy but leans a lot on the thriller genre, don't know if that's your cup of tea but i love it

OC isn't even that grindy lol, you can get knowledge level 20 in one day by just doing CEs.

You only need to do the demiatma stuff once and after that other relics can be bought with the gold currency like for the armors.

Then gold farming is quick enough if you set up a farming group.
