I've started booking a half day for appointments or do the last one I can get before lunch or in the evening if I can.

It's not great, but I always hope that when this happens, if I need the extra time for my appointment, I'd get it. Honestly, they shoehorn them in these days.m

It's the worst. I'd have it every free months my whole teens and a GP who refused to remove them. Deflam spray is very helpful.

I'm worse. I'm at the beck and call 4+ times a day to my neighbours cat for the dreamies. He knows my work schedule and the wee fecker makes sad face and paws on the window until I divvy up the goods.
I'm working to give someone else's cats dreamies.

BTW I'm not kidding them, I've seen lots of lovely cosy homes with. If I was in a new build I'd hop on them with solar ect but no spare cash ultimately means spending more

In theory they're great but a large number houses in Ireland built pre '00 are poorly built and in order to bring them up to a level where cost v's return in our lifetime is unlikely. Finding the cash to do it is a second mortgage when you can't afford the 1st one.
