Given what Kondo said for Sky 2 remake, it’s either late 2026 or very early 2027, so less than 2 years between games compared to the OGs which had a 2 years gap and he doesn’t want that.

Well I feel that an enemy wiping the floor with you in gameplay leaves a stronger impression than if it was a cutscene, stuff like MegaMan X where Vile beat your ass in his armor or Sonic Frontiers where your attack on Giganto as regular Sonic does nothing have better effect than if they were scenes

Honestly, I’m curious to see what he got to say about actual LGBT representations (as in no subtext) in anime, which I feel is a topic not as talked about as I feel it should.

I do remember Berseria had quite a handful of fights you can’t win, mind you in almost all of them it’s because the enemy are at a way higher level than you normally are (like 20 levels above) so it feels more fair, but still.

If they don’t want random encounter so badly then they should go play Tales of, Trails or a SMT/Persona game, but that’d still be asking too much for them based on the video.

Cyber Sleuth isn’t even the most story focused entry in the series, that’d be Survive.
But yeah, that’s just a big example of not wanting to give Digimon a fair shot if you’re not gonna engage the series in what it does best.

Playing an RPG not for the story & characters is like playing a plateformer not for the plateforming, why are you even here ?

Did she meant like art style wise ? Because that game has barely anything in common with Persona 5.

Adding Millium & Crow to the roster was a welcome change, and they don’t feel shoehorned despite adding to an already big cast.
