I do think Invincible is the best one presented here as it actually matches the later style of Cory Walker who was Invincible's first artists & designed a majority of the characters.

The dcau is kinda weird as much of it was based on the new 52 and specifically Jim Lee's style

Least with it, it originally WAS an anime along with the fottage from other shows it spliced in, as later on with Robotech, with everything afterwards being original series.

Funny enough only took Rangers until relatively recently to make wholly original footage and as you can guess. Much desired

Honestly besides op using She-Ra as an example of "queerwave", can't really think of any examples. Like yeah they'd fit the faux anime stuff though they're pretty direct with anime being an influence rather than hiding it & yeah they can be prettu gay, they wouldn't really fit the description
