In the case of bg3 I can't help but wonder if there's a nefarious motive for a lot of critics given how many were praying for it fail once it was revealed how openly queer it was. They had to pretend it didn't exist for a while, but now the hype has calmed and they want to shift the narrative

It always worries me how many people ask in complete earnesty "how do you function without AI?". What do you mean how do I function? The same way I always have since before 5 years ago?? The lobbying these huge companies do has caused irreparable damage to people's capacity for independence
