A circa 1970 #Peugeot Grand Sport, to be rebuilt and converted to a 3 speed internal gear hub with 26 inch wheels.
(This vintage Peugeot came with 26 inch wheels, but not the current standard.)

FWIW, Canada's selection of Carney as PM (former national banker for England) almost supports the concept of Divine Guidance.
