Yes. That is my post. I stand corrected. However, I am sincere in wanting to understand more about Tom’s actual thoughts on actions concerned citizens can take. Tonight’s summary was actually the best one I’ve seen from him on my question.

I don’t believe that I’ve ever posted on BlueSky to one of Tom’s posts as this person alleges. I’d like to see the post, because I have not found it.

I guess, Tom, I’d like to understand when (and what) the appropriate steps are for general citizenry to take action. What should we do and when should we do it? Or, maybe you think we shouldn’t be worried?

Great post. The double standard applied by these folks never ceases to amaze me. I guess THEIR views are the CORRECT one!!!

Great story! There are literally millions of culverts across our US forests and landscapes. They are a great and hidden environmental impact. Remediation has significant biotic impact and improvement when done correctly!

Wasting time arguing about this is somewhat akin to the sad folks who spent their time rearranging the deck chairs on the Titanic.

I’m guessing the “payout” from the settlement will NOT making you independently wealthy?

Oh, thank you! I will look it up. I’ve read each of your books, except the first one! Loved Brave the Wild River. I read your contributions on Terrain.org as well. Todd Davis, the poet and a friend, shared that site many years ago. Thanks for your work!
