I'm also very interested to see how you did the isolation between the low side and the zappy side. I've taken apart a few TENS units with an eye towards designing one myself and they use custom leaky transformers that saturate before they pass dangerous amounts of current, is it something like that?

I've been doing custom electronics design and firmware programming for horny reasons for over a decade and I'd like to think I'm p good at it, if I get in on the beta test would it be ok if I crack the thing open and poke at the guts / help debug stuff, or is it all still ~proprietary~?

Huge Prusa fanboy here too. Used mine a ton since I got it 5 years ago and it's held up great. Have had a few parts break on it (entirely by my own stupidity) but they sell spare part kits that come with incredibly well-made documentation on how to fix literally any part. It's fantastic.
