Gosh this is such a mood.
I think finding out Al was ace was a big draw for me towards his character, I absolutely love how a lot of authors/artists have taken that and put their own little flavours of acpec in their works for him.
It really does feel validating.

There was actually some really old merch art, I think it was a beach theme, and we saw he had hooves back then!

Maybe you could try find some Alastor compilations on YouTube? That way you can you can just see the nonsense he gets up to and avoid the other stuff

I would say if you ever wanted to risk it, to stay away entirely from the episode Masquerade in season one; that goes very in-depth with Angel's SA.
His song while all that stuff is going on still makes me uncomfortable, I haven't even delt with that
