saw nirvanna the band the show the movie (the tour) live with a qna with matt and jay. so awesome. so so so funny and a testament to pure balls to the wall getting out there and doing it, and making stupid as hell crap. love these guys

read Nick Drnaso's Acting Class. the almost comically flat facade-esque art style so quickly coalesces into a persistent discomfort; human interaction with desperation and uncertainty baked into every awkward facial expression; spaces and time changing between adjacent frames with no flourish. vivid

read Michael Deforge's Birds of Maine. new fav graphic novel, maybe ever. effortlessly striking displays of pure colour and form, weirdly indepth utopian world building, mumblecore deadpan humour and basically everything to possibly love about the human condition. told through birds on the moon, ofc
