A couple of ideas worth pursuing:

- To reduce the overemphasis on standardised testing as a measure of worth, as it often favours verbal thinkers
- To recognise a broader range of professions that do not require a degree. Credentialism undermines the dignity of work

Cutting DEI is not on the list.
