Day off, donated blood then cycled round the green bits of South Belfast.
Winter sun was wonderful
Walked down the Lisburn road, lots of shops gone replaced by swarms of dentists
passed the church garden i slept in after much fun at the Mandela hall in the early 90s, its an Arts centre now

Strava taunting me with a session from 4 years ago, I remember it because i ran the last mile in 5'30 and went on to do my PB in a 10k a few weeks later
I really thought it would last forever, when your on a good streak enjoy it, but keep a mind to recovery
Always another comeback 📈

At the👩⚕️today, have picked up tremendous bug that has taken away my voice away and made my 🫁gurgle
Took myself off in a huff for a cycle round Belvoir🌳, learned the lock I cycle over is called McLeave's, very.
