We always come away from these games with a lot of ifs and maybes. Hopefully we start changing the narrative by not being overly cautious. United and actually no one in the league is all that at all, and all are beatable. Not if you sit back waiting for the inevitable though. COYB

Agree. Play Barry, tell him he’s getting a run of games irrespective and start introducing Rohl and Dibling more. McNeil clearly isn’t interested even if he was played out of position. Shouldn’t matter if you’re desperate to play as you’d play anywhere to get a game imo ?!

Ditto. Didn’t want him but perversely he was the best for the job at the time and ofc want him to do well. He needs to stick with either Barry or Beto, and give either a run of games and tell them that. Problem is he is by nature cautious and this doesn’t help.

Did that with every striker we had. Moyes is a great scout but we’d have mbappe and he wouldn’t score !

Ditto that. The wolves league cup defeat quite literally drained the optimism, after a very good start. And was all avoidable. Cup runs really do boost a club.

Symptomatic of any planning in this country. There is none ! Council have known about the new stadium long enough to get the transport infrastructure/parking implemented. Guess it’s lack of money etc etc as usual.

My fear is the early euphoria evaporating and this is down to the derby first half and wolves line up. Thats what everyone thinks. We need a win quickly.

Don’t think all the positivity has gone but it’s certainly deflating. Moyes team v wolves really has undone a lot of good and put pressure on himself and the team. We now need to beat Palace which isn’t easy. Beto isn’t good enough and don’t care how nice he is, and he is. Barry needs time, play him
