Our libraries even carry video games, and the fact that I got to play Clair Obscur: Expedition 33 the year it came out and was able to be part of that conversation for FREE!! Libraries!

I was going to say the difference might be reading discovery is more algorithmically driven than music discovery, but given the ubiquity of "[artist/vibe] radio" on streaming platforms makes me doubt that/assume I'm over indexing the number of people who search for stuff like I do

That makes sense, but I think points 1 and 2 are more comparable than you'd expect; studies I'm aware of show most people struggle to identify AI vs non-AI music, and there is a brand of formulaic pop with a passive audience that would absolutely be a target for these grifters
