I don’t believe saving it is the best thing for it. It needs to be rested—properly this time. The cast and crew need a real break. It needs to sever ties with 10 once and for all. This is heartbreaking to say as a fan, but not as much as keeping it around like an undead pet.

Much as I’ve loved certain aspects of new chapter #Neighbours, I’ve hated the way it stumbles at intermediate storytelling hurdles, chases certain leads only to chicken out, aggressively pursues character-destroying plotlines, and disproportionately distributes focus between SLs.
