@adobe.com is there a way to turn off "helfpul" pop-ups, notifications, etc? The desktop is app is borderline unuseable, due to the constant reminders, hints, tips, blah blah blah, that interrupt whatever I'm trying to do.

Three ways to improve gov't Congress: (1) eliminate shutdowns by clarifying that absent appropriations, current law spending is authorized indefinitely, (2) eliminate the arbitrary debt ceiling, (3) limit presidential power to impose tariffs, & (4) curtail use expiring tax provisions (Byrd rule).
