It's Zelensky's inner circle who've stolen at least hundreds of millions of dollars. At the very least he would've known about it, but more likely he was involved in it. Before Russia invaded, Ukraine was 67th in the global corruption index - then they were given hundreds of billions.

They bullshit like fuck about East Germany. The bottom line is the USSR was too nice to the Western imperialist empire in 1945. The Red Army took Berlin, losing 100k soldiers in the process. Giving bits of it to the nazi friendly West was an absolute mistake.

East Germany, funded by the USSR, set up training camps in Tanzania to help Africans throw off the chains of colonialism. Because a major tenet of socialism is anti imperialism. Colonialism didn't end by chance, the Socialist Block of the world made it happen.

The West after WW2 let loads of ex nazis become into positions of power. That's the main reason the Red Army Faction became a thing. Because West Germany was still run by nazis. Meanwhile East Germany was actively anti fascist.
