If you really can't change out the keycaps for w/e reason, you can build your own for roughly the same price as razer/keychron or other brands. I got the Weikav Lucky65 V2 + customized switches + keycaps for around $100. Super easy to put together and it's most customizable than something prebuilt

What keyboard do you have now? If it's a normal sized keyboard/key height you should be able to replace the keycaps

sry for unsolicited advice but if melatonin doesn't work for you/stops working consider magnesium ! It does a lot of good things for bipolar/adhd too in addition to helping you sleep
