Here are some of the art pieces I’ve made this year!
Art of my character Wren-ara running down the street on Halloween! It looks like there is an old haunted house behind her with an orange mat at the door and she is going past another walkway with glowing ghost lights lining it. Around the street and walkways is grass, and three expressive Jack O Lanterns are sitting looking excited. It’s a dark night, but Wren-Ara looks happy as she sticks out her tongue and smiles. Her light blonde hair is tied in pigtails with two large plush pink hair ties and reaches a little past her shoulders. She has on an orange headband with paw prints and has orange fluffy cat ears that are probably part of the costume! She wears a necklace with a bell on it and a one piece orange costume with some brown tabby stripes. There are shorts that are rather large with pink fluffy lining and slightly poofy shirt sleeves also lined with pink. There is a pink patch on the belly and a white belt that holds a brown bag. Her shoes resemble orange paws with pink toe beans on the bottom. She has brown mittens that also somewhat resemble paws and holds an orange pumpkin bag. She has an orange cat tail that is also probably part of the costume. Traditional art of my OC Rain dumping honey onto a bicycle! And below this shirt is another shirt with the same color and texture as the threads. He wears dark purple capris with a light purple line just above the end of the legs. He has on fingerless purple gloves with a purple line near the wrist. He also wears a teal scarf that goes down to his waist with two stripes near the bottom of a slightly darker tone. They are kneeling down, one hand resting on the leg and the other petting a black cat with white paws and a couple markings on the chest. The cat arches their back with joy. On the ground are some small part eaten cat treats and a large bowl of water. Some dandelions grow amongst the grass.

Not so old art of my OC, Ray! I think this was the first time, or one of the first times, I drew him in full color! His outfit is a little different and he has more freckles now!

A comic I made starring my OCs, one with blue hair named Corrina and the unnamed at the time other guy with orange. The comic is unfinished, but it starts with two opposing panels of Corrina and the other guy staring. Corrina has short blue hair, gray eyes, and lightish brown skin and the other person has light skin, a scar on his right cheek, messy chin length orange hair, and brown eyes. His expression is mournful while Corrina’s looks like quiet anger. She says “What are you doing here?” As he looks at her sadly. There is a large scene where they look to be on a dramatic hill. The orange haired guy has his back to us and wears a long sleeved red shirt, baggy pants with dark cuffs at the bottom, and plain shoes. His hands are in his pocket. Meanwhile she has on a sleeveless zipped up top and baggy capris with a patch on them and ankle high boots. Her hands are on her hips and she looks mad. The orange haired guy says “I want to talk to you.”Next panel is a close up of Corrina’s face from the side, but only her nose and mouth are visible. She says “You’re the last person I want to talk to… but you know that.” The next panel is a zoomed out view of the scene where she sprint towards him. The final panel shows his nervous, alarmed face in the foreground and Corrina sprinting forward with her fist out, threatening to punch him. She say “Talk to this instead!” He replies, saying “W-Wait, please!” This was made using colored pencils traditionally but I added my signature digitally.

So I finally finished my character reference sheets for Rain! They love changing up their hair and outfits for different looks!

It was a hard finding the right balance for them, I think they usually look different each time I draw them 😅 Still, I hope you like it!
