Ive been stuck in this exact situation for most of this year. I really feel your pain and I wish people like this would find more courage to speak up and help resolve things.

If I could fix this on my own I would, but I’m never given the chance, ever, which has led me to rely on others to help.

I used to find the word hilarious back before it became a meme, but yeah it kinda got ruined and used as an umbrella term a little too much.
