Can’t beat a good T bone
It was my go to system for years. I have moved on to other systems now but still use the various source books as they have excellent background crunch. No hate from me.

So strong the spoon just stands up in it. I like mine with 9 sugars but don’t stir it because I don’t like it sweet.

If I do a leg of lamb I will cut the onions in half and use them between the leg and the baking tray. Then mash them into the gravy.
