Today I saw a single older woman holding up an anti-ICE sign; she was standing in front of a senior citizens’ community. I think many more are protesting than we are shown, in groups or alone.

1915? Wow, that is difficult to imagine. Surely it’s been upgraded since then? I wonder if something like a new septic would be in the public record anywhere. Maybe too rural.

If you haven’t worked with the person before, maybe start with a low-risk or shorter time commitment to be sure of a good fit. I’ve had both “do whatever you tell me to do, no suggestions” and “ I know best” experiences. I prefer a middle ground approach.
