We need universal healthcare - like the rest of the world has

People had to argue endlessly with insurance agents just to get basic coverage.

People were being denied coverage simply because they tested positive for the cancer gene. They were being cancelled of their cancer returned. It was insane.

I remember stories about people being pulled from getting surgery because of insurance getting pulled or declined

The ACA came along as an alternative that would guarantee you couldn't be denied coverage because of preexisting conditions, or that you could lose it because of a recurring illness

Yes, people can go elsewhere. But it will destroy us all

I remember only too clearly what it was like BEFORE the ACA
