It must have been by the same two pilots sitting in a jet getting ready to take off inside a cement covered hanger accidentally hitting the eject button & being pancaked on the ceiling.

Also to attack the existing governments in an information war. One of Trump's cronies wants to buy what is left of the Nordstrom II pipeline to supply the EU with Russian gas. So a lot of money will have to go to destroying existing governments in order to get puppet states
