the friend who strayed away from the group while you were investigating the old shrine? yeah they got surrounded by some hooded figures and had a spell cast on them that forced them to have a ridiculous accident, and now they wind up muttering "gotta potty, let it go!" when they feel any need to go

oh the girl with the dog ears? well you see she got afflicted with lycanthropy and lost her potty training at the same time so most of the time she just likes getting pet and wearing collars and sometimes she turns into a wolf and is hedonistically snuggle-hungry and, get this, her diapers get huge
