Okay. Well. A while back I saw a video titled something like "how much sawdust can you put in bread before it becomes noticeable?" Prime 4 is a very tasty loaf of bread, but you can definitely taste the sawdust. It's good, but there are many other loaves with less sawdust you'd enjoy more.
