Unfortunately, it gold for about 12 minutes and then the “podcasters” start to get repetitive… despite my prompting!

Might be because I gave a website, webinar and PDF all on the same topic. Something for others who use #NotebookLM to be mindful of.

If I try very hard, yes, kind of. Incredible that you've come up with this.

Looks more like Will Rogers to me 😉

Some folks feel the same and cared enough to pour their time and energy into a new, better version:
readwise.io/read

I've been using it for more than a year and love it.

Very cool. If you have time for a few posts outlining the basics of how to do this end-to-end using Claude and everything else, I would read it with great interest!

And likely try to do something similar myself for Los Angeles.

Incredible, beautiful map. Thank you for finding and sharing. I've come across many great maps in nearly 10 years at the company - this may be the best.

Crazy to think something as monumental as the San Onofre Nuclear Generation Station came and went, just in the time between this map and today.

This is interesting. I've been wondering (not a lot, but at times) what his driving motivations are. Hadn't considered "Mars rules all." I can see that adding up.

3) What is the average carbon intensity of delivered power in California?
4) What is the technical potential for geothermal power in California?

#2 came closest by providing a number, and telling me about 80% were L2... but it was as of 2017.

Cool! What do you find it useful for? It didn't have answers to the first four test questions that came to mind for me:
1) How many rooftop solar pv systems are installed in California?
2) How many level 2 ev charging stations are there in california?
...

Seems like great news! What, if anything, are the implications for the speed and cost of new nuclear projects?

This is your time to shine, Corey!

Room for 1 more? I'm a DER engineer turned strategy person, still at the utility!

Hopefully never!

It almost feels like a biologically necessary response to help us get through the difficult parts - at least in the newborn stage we're currently working through.
