Machine learning isn't unreliable. It's a cornerstone of almost all major studies in genetics and other areas of biology. If you reject a study based on its use of machine learning you reject modern biology as a science.

You are demonstrating a remarkable ignorance about how studies are conducted.

I don't think you understand the difference between machine learning and generative AI.

You do understand machine learning isn't the same as generative AI, right? Machine learning is extremely important and pervasive in scientific research for decades now.

Did you read it? It's not just saying personality is inherited, it's identifying the specific genes. That's pretty concrete once we're able to identify the specific genes that influence the traits.

Are you acquainted with the current research in personality psychology whatsoever?

According to this 2018 review personality is 30-60% heritable. That's pretty high.

Why wouldn't intelligence be the same? And a "smell test" can't disprove scientific evidence.

Measured personality traits have been shown by studies to be primarily genetic. This isn't really something that's controversial.

Personality is predominantly based on heritable genetic traits according to most studies. There is an environmental factor but it is not nearly as major as genes.

Why would intelligence be any different?
