This is my yapping account.

Full disclosure, this account is for sharing thoughts and having discussions I come up with from time to time. And whatever in between.

Please feel free to disagree or hold me accountable for any mistakes I make.
As the day went by I recovered mobility on my arm but it still hurt.

To this day my left shoulder isn't like "normal" but it's functional.

So if possible, please don't just tank it, have it checked out.

I like reiterating the need to move and stretch a lot, cuz the back pain you feel today is nothing compared to what's coming on your 40s.

Stay active.

Stretching and low intensity activity are good ways to release some strain from the muscles.

If you feel like it, I'd suggest looking up yoga routines, there's sequences for all kinds of entry levels, tho be sure to not push yourself into what you can't do to avoid injuries.

It's a complicated matter for sure, but it's also why I believe it'd be better to keep these genre of "based on real stories" as an entirely fictional premise that can be believed to be real.

On that note, be mindful of what you credit or disregard as true, it's hard to tell nowadays.

There's many hoops in logic and certain turn of events feel too cliche to be real. The games have received strong criticism for this, and this led me to think how messed up would it be for the victims had these stories be actually true, to have so many people disregard it as false cause of a game.

I bring this up as I recently watched a full playthrough of the "Fears to Fathom" series.

The premise is that each episode is based of stories the author found/was sent through reddit.

Obviously when looking at it through a critical lens, these stories are very likely made up.

I'd like to clarify that I'm refering to "entertainment media" as fictional recreations of said events and not something like a documentary where obviously you'd want to be more accurate. So stuff like games or movies.

In the end, it's not about living a good or a bad life, it's about having lived.

Fail and succeed, love and hate, laugh and cry.

It will never be easy, it will never be perfect, but what matters is that it will be, keep going.
November 24, 2025 at 8:54 AM
This is not something anyone can come to understand, as this is the result of some very specific life experiences.

But I also think is healthier to be grounded to your own tragedy than to live in a fictional paradise.

Objectively speaking, neither is right and wrong, just different conclusions.

Again, there's benefits to using AI, but it should be just an assisting tool and not the core of the process for anything really.

Struggle and grind, learn something new, life is too long to not live it.
November 15, 2025 at 3:04 PM
What are the long term consequences of over relying on AI or any sort of automation by that matter?

-Impatience.

-Low adaptability.

-Low self preservation.

-Inability to feel satisfied.

-Disconnect from reality.

There'smany other factors, these are just a few I could name rn.

By definition, "learning/having learned" something means a change in the neural structure of a person. It's about breaking bad habits and internalizing a certain bit of knowledge.

This takes time, diligence and understanding. AI skips most of this to bring an immediate answer.

Idk, it was a fascinating take, keep in mind this is not officially accepted (at least as far as I'm aware) by the entire psychology academy, it was just a few works proposing the idea.

The human development cycle was probably my favorite subject during my college years, it's really fascinating.
November 13, 2025 at 5:19 PM
I've met so many people in that range that very much still behave as teenagers.

Black & white morals, impulsive reactions, inability to look at the greater picture, thinking they got everything figured out, and a lot more.
November 13, 2025 at 5:16 PM
Obviously when I was in the range of 18-24 I thought this idea was dumb, but now looking back at it, it was totally right.

Tho idk if it's an actual development matter or a failure on the educational system.

12-18 years: Identity begins to take shape and there's pursuit for individuality, also hormone development and career projection.

18-24 years: First experiences with the adult world, internalizing new responsabilities and construction of livelihood.
November 13, 2025 at 5:10 PM
For a very summarized run down of how it was defined:

First 6 years: Is basic motor skills development, exploration of the world and fraternal socializing.

6-12 years: Is socializing period outside of the inner circle as well as starting to develop interests.

Ideally do not drink water from still bodies of water and prefer moving sources, obviously so long they are reasonably safe, wouldn't advice trying to get water from rapids or big waterfalls...

And make sure to boil it first for extra measure.
November 12, 2025 at 7:09 PM
That of course does not mean isolated body waters like in mountains or deep forests are 100% safe. There are naturally generated bodies of water that can either contain large group of bacteria or other small life forms or straight up being deadly toxic.
