I jump into this channel to provide some Context™ So. Has anyone been wondering why he includes Noelle in these drawings when the main people he's supposed to be mad at right now are Kris and Susie? There is a very beautiful reason for this Berdly already feels this sense of alienation from Noelle, see. Re: his blog post where he talks about her. He doesn't think he's a good friend to her and believes she deserves better, but also feels some resentment for her seeming to have this bias for Kris and Susie, from his perspective But also. ALSO He may or may not have found out that all three of them had a study session without him. And that Noelle lied to him that day when she told him she was alone Raine: (sad cat emoji) DYDE. Me: Basically. Because he already feels like Noelle is excluding and drifting away from him, he's (wrongfully) assuming Noelle is in the know about all this prophecy business too. And that the three of them are excluding him on purpose So that's why he's including her here, too. This has all been bubbling for a While Raine: this is so fucked and i really like that it's taken into consideration, even if she's his closest friend Me: YES that's precisely why he feels so hurt over this. Maybe he's used to (perceived) rejection from Kris and Susie, but rejection from Noelle hurts the most of all. Trying to really portray here that he's like. Massively jumping to conclusions and connecting dots that just aren't there in his head This whole situation is just so hurtful and confusing to him and the best way he can rationalize it in his head is well. The three of them are leaving me out on purpose and don't like me anymore Plus the fact that like. He made huge sacrifices for Kris and Susie in the Cyber World, including, in my portrayal, him having burned his wing during Queen's boss battle. So he's thinking like.
