The Baja Blast pie's not too bad. The crust is a tad too sweet and Cool Whip doesn't need to be there, but the filling isn't cloying. The key lime / citrus flavor is tame with a little acidity. What I found most interesting was the cool herb finish. I would make a copy with key lime + basil syrup.

Last time I had it it reminded me of Big Red with an artificial sweeter aftertaste. It's not too bad.
