To recap: My law firm represented Black and Latino voters in striking down Texas' new congressional map.

The dissenting opinion mentions George Soros 17 times and me and my law firm 3 times (all about how connected to Soros I allegedly am). I have never seen anything like it.
In a remarkable and deeply unconventional dissent, U.S. Circuit Judge Jerry E. Smith unleashed a blistering and bizarre attack on his fellow judges after a federal court struck down Texas’ unconstitutional racial gerrymander. www.democracydocket.com/news-alerts/...

Gee, no big press gathering in the Oval Office for Trump’s signing of the Epstein files bill. I wonder why not. Also wondering how closely the signature matches the one on the Epstein birthday note. Also wondering if we’ll really see the Epstein files or if he’ll claim loopholes for years.

I know everyone is used to Trump’s corruption by now, but I must point out that Trump making big governmental announcements exclusively on a social media site he owns is a monetization of his office that no honest politician would even consider doing.

Breaking: The House voted unanimously, 426-0, to strip a provision in the funding bill that allowed senators to sue the government for $500K if their phone data was searched without their knowledge.

The provision was designed for GOP senators to sue over the Jack Smith investigation.

I can’t get over how giddy Trump was in the company of Prince Mohammed bin Salman. He only really happy when he’s in the company of rich murderers (MBS) and rapists (Epstein). Just sickening.

Marist finds Democrats up 55/41 on the generic ballot: maristpoll.marist.edu/polls/a-look...

That may be a factor of an enthusiasm gap mixed with a serving of outlier, but also it’s not a shocker in light of the sheer extent of Democrats’ sweeping wins in November.

Remember on that date in February Trump abused and betrayed a democratic ally while on Nov. 18, he excused a brutal murder, blamed the victim and sucked up to a rich Saudi prince calling him “one of the most respected people in the world.”
Never forget this day, February 28, 2025, when an American president abused and betrayed a democratic ally in the midst of a barbaric war with Russia. This grotesque stain will never wash away.

My legal team will be in federal court in North Carolina today fighting against the state's unconstitutional redrawn congressional map. Before you listen to those in the GOP who say we can't win, ask Texas how that worked out for them.

1/Catherine Lucey, the White House correspondent for Bloomberg, asked Donald Trump about releasing the Epstein files on Air Force One over the weekend. In response, Trump leaned forward, slashing an accusatory finger her direction and barked, “Quiet! Quiet Piggy,” at her.

Some additional context: Of the 19 GOP senators who voted to adjourn today rather than rush a new congressional map, 10 aren't up until 2028 (so they're more shielded from the threat of Trump-backed primaries). And 2 more, whose seat is up in 2026, had already said they're retiring.

Judges are just mild inconveniences in the Trump regime's crime spree.
BREAKING: Prosecutors in the Comey case just told the judge that they’re under orders from the Deputy Attorney Generals’s office not to disclose whether career prosecutors wrote a memo recommending *against* indicting Comey prior to Halligan going to the grand jury.

The full grand jury never reviewed the indictment it handed up against Comey.

Prosecutors said, instead of presenting a new indictment after the grand jury declined to approve one of the counts, Halligan simply brought an altered version for the grand jury's foreperson to sign.
