You could try initially drawing the pose as boxes and lines (boxes to represent the head, chest, hips, etc) (lines to represent the spine and limbs)
Dynamic poses usually are drawn with one or more lines of action, which can be like the spine or arms/legs sticking out a lot
OK SO it’s kind of hard to explain in one post, but for this specific drawing you made the pose is a bit too straight of a line if you were to give it a line of action I redrew the pose on the right, and the head, chest, and hips are all at different angles to make the pose look more interesting and dynamic Standing poses are relatively simpler to do than other dynamic poses, but giving them a bit of curviness makes them look more natural, interesting, and dynamic
