I’ve listened to many years of his ‘making of show’ podcasts. He is driving the story and creative vision no matter how writing and directing assignments are handed out. Most of the people have been working together since BB. The podcasts are a window into a wonderful, enviable work environment.

Ugh, that show drove me crazy with that stuff.
