Similar bad experience with Instapaper on Boox device. FWIW Readwise works much better.
Would switch back to @instapaper.com in a flash if they improved the Boox situation. I have a small Kobo and larger Boox but maintaining two read-it-later queues is 🫠

Legislative data is fascinating, IMO. @govtrack.us has been doing work at national level for ages, unfortunately they no longer offer a bulk API but their data page is a good jump-off point if you're ever interested.
And of course, state/local leg data is equally (more?) interesting.

And just like the author, I ended up asking 4o to write a quick conversion script instead of relying on an LLM-only conversion.
