made the most bitchin veggie something or other i've had in a while, fully expected it to be mediocre bc there was almost no seasoning in the recipe i was half-using, so i just freeballed it and it was. amazing
(T/N: recipe wasn't meant to be read by anyone but me - 1tsp/Tbsp means "feel it out")
Recipe: Sausage and Bell Pepper Crap - Ingredients: 1 red and 1 orange bell pepper, sliced 1 yellow onion, sliced 1lb sausage of your choice 1T garlic powder 1T onion powder 1tsp italian seasoning 1tsp fennel 1tsp ginger 1tsp spicy paprika 1T soy sauce 1T mirin 1tsp worcestershire sauce oyster sauce to taste Serves about 3 people Preparation: Cut sausage into thin slices and cook according to package instructions Add soy sauce, mirin, worcestershire sauce, and oyster sauce to sausage in a bowl and set aside Slice your veggies Grease and heat pan and add sausage and veggies together into the pan, add garlic powder, onion powder, italian seasoning, fennel, ginger, and paprika. Salt and pepper to taste Add 2/3 cup of water to pan and allow to simmer, stirring occasionally Cover pan and let sit on low heat for about 8 minutes Fuck it up
