I mean my main point was defending JC. Remaining pragmatic. And understanding that YP is still new and not even stable yet. But I acknowledged one PRO, that separate and unisex toilets offer safety FOR trans people. That doesn't make me transphobic. I also acknowledged one CON, that it demonizes trans people by segregating them. Ghost made it difficult to explain by resorting to strawman arguments and extremes.

I'm aware of dog whistles. I just dont jump to that assumption when you show me one comment. I've got to remain pragmatic. Not saying you're wrong about them two. Just that in the era of rage and finger pointing it's unfair to expect me to join in immediately after seeing one comment.

If you're already struggling to upkeep costs to a £1m home and you dont earn from anything. You gotta sell. I find it hard to believe 1% is the straw that breaks the camels back. I rather cry a river for those that have to go to a food bank.

Right yes. I disagree. I'd say his comments at the least are ignorant and not progressive at all. Like I said previous I see the pros and cons to separate private spaces. But hes clearly all for it. Which I see as transpohbic. I still dont heavily criticise JC on this though. I think YP is too new.

If you showed me a statement by either of them that suggests trans people should be blocked from transitioning or be made to go to conversion therapy. Yeah I'd be disgusted and can't see a middle ground in that. That's a very strong opinion.

I'm just judging by what I've seen in this thread. I've had to reiterate several times I'm not talking about out-right wont-move transphobes. I'm talking about those who can change on the opposite aisle. And it wont be done with a turn of a page. Which is why I fear the short term lack of solutions

From what I've seen. Adan is only seen to be missing the point or pushing a solution trans people disagree with. That's not transphobia. Mark says all opinions should be on the table. I agree with that. Dont mean we have to agree with him. End of the day it is a socialist party not a trans party 2/2
