It’s #NationalCookieDay 🍪

Cookies and milk before bed might sound cosy, but all that sugar can spike cortisol (our body’s stress hormone), making it harder to fall and stay asleep.

Instead, try a warm glass of milk with toast or cereal for a sleep-friendly treat.

➡️ YES. Sleep Counselling is practice-focused and ready to embed in any service.

Many Sleep Counsellors incorporate sleep assessments into routine visits, while others establish dedicated sleep clinics or run parent/carer workshops.
