Düsseldorf and the Dokomi should be quite accessible for that! :) You don’t even necessarily need a ticket, the Nordpark outside is HUGE if you just wanna hang out with cosplayers. And if you need any help organizing if you ever wanna go, hmu, I’ve been before and I’m going again

Düsseldorf does have the biggest comic/manga convention in Germany if you’re ever interested! It’s really fun and idk if it’s up to other than Dutch and French international visitors, but it’s really popular :) You would definitely be popular with your puppetry there
