its actually so weird how calm i am about the entire process of this trip next month. I really did do solo europe on hard mode earlier this year, because now I'm thinking about spending 8 days in one place in a country that primarily speaks english? Simple, Super easy, No worries.

parents have asked me for christmas gift desires so i asked for a new carry on suitcase. My current one has survived 6 countries with a broken handle the entire time, so I don't feel too bad replacing it. I hope my dad picks a good one, i just gave him dimensions and asked for something soft sided.

Oof one of my coworkers got in a car accident right outside my work right when we were leaving together so I got to spend a minute being the adult and helping to remind them to call the cops and then their insurance and then directing traffic around the accident on our busy road.

my brain has triggered the hipster switch and now I can't watch the hockey yaoi because SO MANY people are talking about it when no one watches the very good BL shows I've been watching and recommending for half a decade, therefore i can't watch it out of spite.
