My subscription copy of 2000 AD’s finally shown up and while I don’t care about police procedurals, make it about zombies and have one as an investigator, suddenly I’m a lot more interested.

It’s hard to think of any phrase that’s had the immediate reaction of joy and horror of The Between’s “It’s worse than that” in any RPG I’ve run. So of course I’ve added this pin to my pledge on BackerKit.

Wolverine’s teamed up with Hope only to immediately narc on her. At least the Phoenix is here before things kick off again!
Hope and Logan are on the Blue Area of the Moon and the Avengers are already there. He decided to squeal to them without consulting her. The X-Men appear and both teams do that pose where they’re confronting each other from either side of the panel. It’s the Phoenix!

Here’s the annual photo of the kangaroo child in the attic with the Christmas tree. It lives above where I sleep and one day I will be rid of it.

Fucking finally! A good game, but I got stuck with too many logjams.

I didn’t expect to get this. I think the @nintendolife.com lads getting increasingly unhinged about the Switch 2’s launch definitely contributed to this, as well as things like the StreetPass and Mario Paint videos.

The AVX Secret Avengers arc ends with Captain Marvel (Mar-Vell’s Version) sacrificing himself to make the Phoenix whole and send it away from Hala. He’s also inspired Carol to take on the name. I don’t realise this was where that happened.
Captain Marvel says, “I didn’t miss life.” And flies into the Phoenix, giving his life back to it. Captain Marvel’s body hits a planet and plants sprout from it. In captions, Carol mentions that perhaps the Captain Marvel name should live on, even using the new (for 2012) Captain Marvel logo.

Laura Kinney: Sabretooth felt like three issues of her having concerns with Revelation and being commanded to go against her instincts, then repeat. And then an abrupt ending. I’m not sure what any of this served aside from a hint about Sabretooth’s son for Laura to date in the future. #xspoilers
