Just a bisexual flight attendant with a theology degree. Would rather be dancing. They/them.
I declared 2025 my year of sapphic romance and it has NOT disappointed

I can’t stop thinking about the crew. Securing the cabin for landing, strapping into their jumpseats, grateful to be almost done with their day - to finally rest and have a hot meal. The things I do every work day. And then in an instant, just, gone.

It’s been a really rough 12 hours for flight crew in the US. We all know the risks of the job, but it’s hard to reckon with the worst case scenario actually happening. #unitedbywings

Coping with the inauguration by doing counselor recruitment for queer camp feels like the right move today

Freezing January day in Boston, and I’m in the parking garage in my dress and heels trying to fix my tire pressure. And all I can think is that I’m not this kind of lesbian.

Apparently working an inhumane schedule over the holidays leads to pneumonia. Who knew. So glamorous.

This body is a good body, because all bodies are good bodies. Even when it’s unwieldy. Even when it feels like my body and brain are at war with each other. Even when embodiment feels anything but kind to me. This body is such a good body.
Here’s to 10 years in recovery.

How my day started: adorable kid who gave me cute drawings
Vs.
How my day is ending: broken plane

Sunrise over the tarmac *almost* makes up for the fact that crew scheduling woke me up at 2am

Overworked. Underslept. Thriving.

Fascinated by the people on planes who hold onto their empty plastic cups when I’m coming through to collect waste as if it’s their emotional support trash

Part of me feels like I’m back in high school, but wow we love a good sapphic flirtation

Anyone know fun things to do in Detroit? I’ve got an entire day there on Monday and have never been before!
November 4, 2023 at 5:19 PM
It’s been a long week:
5 days
7 airports
35 flight hours
13,728 miles flown
3 crew scheduling mishaps
1 mechanical delay
Not enough sleep
No idea what time zone I’m in
A lot of gratitude for this whole wild ride

I got called away to work a 3 day trip and accidentally left my meds in Portland. Had a panic attack because I didn’t know how to get through work without them. But…instead of crashing all this fog in my brain lifted and I felt more myself than I’ve been in like a year??? Wacky.

Nice to know that I still get the night-before-vacation excitement flutters while packing even though I mostly live out of suitcases and am always flying for work
