the prolegs of caterpillars are functionally suction cups that give them a lot more motility on certain surfaces like glass and are surprisingly strong, this dead silkworm being dissolved inside out by eleanor is still having its entire carcass dangling by a single proleg

sounds like either oil beetle or rove beetle (last two pictures are both rove beetles), rove beetles have a penchant for bending their (distinctly flexible) abdomen as a threat display

say you wanna portray a fairy with 'accurate' bee/wasp wings, you want to know they have four wings, which they rest longitudinally to their body or in a sort of V shape, and during flight theyre linked together with velcro-like bristles called hamuli that make the two wings on each side flap as one

not being allowed to go to school is an explicit clause on my work permit
as for the second clause, an added layer of cruelty for people who had to resort to sex work, which is in a grey area where providing it is legal and soliciting it isnt, to make sure refugees doing the former get no justice
