Yeah, it was a couple weeks for me at the start, too. I had to go off them last year for money related reasons, and when I got back on them it was another two weeks of mostly being asleep. Dose adjustments are generally waaaay faster to acclimate to, hope it passes fast!

This was my experience the first time I took adhd meds! My brain stopped focusing on 800 things at once and became suddenly aware of how exhausting that is instead. Even now, if I can't sleep, I make myself a hot chocolate with a scoop of espresso powder and I'm out like a light!

I am always surprised at how many people don't customize their phones--if I'm going to be looking at this thing all day/every day, I want to at least *like* looking at it!

If anyone is interested, I do most of my customization using nova launcher, which is a really good way to control every aspect of how your phone looks and works. The icon set on the new one is Rad Pack, and the icon sets in the older ones are Terminal Green/Blue/Amber. Clock widget is also RadPack.

I am not a linguest, but would be interested to know how the fact that Arth is the Welsh word for bear fits into any speculation on what this word might have been.

It seems more likely that the Welsh are just *built different* and are somehow uniquely exempt from summoning bears. However, I (a Canadian living in a Bear Zone) am definitely not, so I'm going to argue that my continued alive state may put this one to rest lol

I'm gonna say that saying it *probably* won't summon the bear, since arth is the Welsh word for bear and I've said it probably a hundred times while doing the Duolingo course, with nary a mauling to show for it!
