Finished her up yesterday!

Meet Nurse Rosa. I decided to model her hairstyle after one of my favorite wigs, so I decided she's brunette with green eyes. Which (technically) makes her a self-insert character. Long description on Cara! (Linked below) #OC #ArtSky #NurseUniform #FightingGames

She has big eyes, drawn similar to an anime characters', a round nose, and her lips are defined to show she's wearing lipstick. She has a neutral expression on her face. Her uniform consists of a small, round hat with round peek sticking up in the front. A thigh length, zip-up, mini dress with a collar, and capped sleeves that have a strap coming from the inside, and connected with a button on the outside of the sleeve. She is also wearing stockings, nurses' shoes, and short latex gloves. The dress has a heart with crosses on the right side of her chest, which is also on the front of the hat, and top of her stockings. She is standing, facing the right, holding a clipboard in her right arm, and holding her right hand off to the side.

Fully replicated on paper! Now she's ready to be designed.
An updated picture of the sketch from the previous post. The outfit, shading, and pose are fully designed and the head has guidelines for facial features and an outline of the silhouette for the hair around it.

I genuinely impress myself with my ability to recreate things with my eyes sometimes. I haven't traced anything in ages!

Crock pot time again! Browned some ground beef, threw in garlic, red onion, jalapeños, and mojo criollo. Seasoned with white pepper, cumin, salt, pepper, and powdered chipotle powder.

Put in an extra hour of work, then went for my weekly stop for food and hummus. Just absolutely destroyed this falafel meal, and I'm smoking the last of my weed RN. Feeling pretty good!

I shredded it all up and made some tacos. !Dios Mío!! It's so damn good! I thought it seemed overcooked when I tasted a piece but in the taco it was perfect. Slight kick, strong smoky taste, and JUICY! 🌮 🌮

Came home 3 hours after adding to the crock pot to flip the chicken, and stir up the veggies, and again before this pic. Smell amazing! I'll let you know how it tastes soon
Camera shot or cooked chicken breasts in a crock pot. It is soaking a brownish-orange sauce made from the mojo criollo, and juices of the ingredients.

Wow! Over a whole year later, and I still hadn't posted the final result... 2 days later, I had this! Character concept I haven't decided on a name, or the background on yet. She's gonna be a aggressive force one way of the other.

WIP preview! Literally spent all of yesterday hyperfixated on this picture! Got all the flat colors done, slid the head to the right slightly, and made a few adjustments to the outline. I want to finish cleaning up the outline, before I begin adding some shading to the colors.
