I love cheese. I know, I know...mouse pooka stereotype, but it's true! An aged Gouda, a wedge of y fenni, a crock of pub cheese, a funky Bleu, a creamy fontina, a brilliantly sharp cheddar, a potent Parmesan...this is basically me dirty-talking right now.

Everyone wants to receive the Seal of Approval, but most folks folks have to be content with the Manatee of Grudging Acceptance.
