Sinks should be higher. We make benches to be at ideal heights for our backs (even though as a tall person they are also too low IMO) but then the sink is set into the bench making it lower. They should be on top of the bench, not imbedded in them.

Playing around with making a Hornet silk attack thing for SL, I always love playing around with a (relatively) simple shape, some UV fuckery, and a scrolling mostly transparent texture. Most of my most liked projects use this same technique.
