This is a misleading headline. I don't like that Fetterman would ever support Trump winning a Nobel Peace Prize, but he conditioned his support on Trump ending the Ukraine War. The headline implies that Fetterman is supportive right now of Trump getting a Nobel Prize, but that's a HUGE condition.
