Collection of recent BG3 doodles that I like. Game still has me in a headlock after two years~
This is a large collage of five finished works and four unpolished sketches, each depicting different characters from the video game Baldur's Gate 3: Karlach, Wyll, and Gale, as well as a custom Tav, who is a short, muscular, ginger-haired half-elf with very big expressions. Starting at the top left is a more polished sketch of Tav in profile; there's a joint between her lips, and she's gazing out of the corner of her eyes, perturbed. To the right is a monochrome, fully shaded sketch of Wyll (after he's been bedeviled); this was referenced from an in-game screenshot with a mod installed that gives him long locs half-tied up (mod is called EoW - Romantic Long Hair for Wyll). To the right of Wyll is an impressionistic painting of Tav and Gale kissing. Gale is in light blue-green robes, and his hair is tied back (referenced from wizardly updo mod). Tav is in sleeveless blue travelwear with a dark brown armband around her bicep. Next row, starting left: a polished sketch of Tav and Karlach. Tav is a full head shorter than Karlach plus extra. She wears a cold smile as Karlach's axe gleams behind her. They both stare daggers at someone out of frame. In the blank space of Karlach's axe are Tav's words, referenced from Star Trek: "Are you prepared for the kind of death you've earned, little man?" (intended to be Gortash). Next is a full-color painting of Tav slouched and grinning, red hair in her eyes, and face flushed as she enjoys a joint, smoke streaming from her teeth. A blazing stogie sits in her hand; from the viewer's perspective, it's just above her eye-level in the foreground. Below that are four sketches of Tav in various expressions of cheer: first is a full-body sketch of her laughing, arms out, with her head thrown back. Next is a sketch of a younger Tav grinning and cupping her face, being silly. Next is her pumping both fists, triumphant.
