I always vote for someone that has mine AND my neighbors best interests in mine. If I’m successful then I also want my neighbor to be successful. If I’m free I also want my neighbor to be free.

Women and minorities are still discriminated against more than white men. I and many coworkers struggled to break into better jobs. We’ve seen so many higher positions go to white men just because cause they knew someone or were drinking buddies. I’ve literally had the “but you’re a woman” excuse.

The only thing I could agree on is the cheap foreign labor. My husband got laid off as they were sending 80% of work to India. Guess how much India is getting paid for his job? Half of what he’s making according to current rates. A hiring memo for India job recruitment was leaked.
